Evonne has been a great help over the past year. As it was my first time having a coach and as I was in my position for only a year, I had no idea what to expect. She always provided enthusiastic support and has been great as a sounding board, helping me figure out my own answers, rather than giving me personal advice, as a mentor would.
In that sense I have found a coach to be more beneficial in my position than a mentor. A lot of personal and professional growth was developed with her help and she always tailors her style to suit my needs and is constantly asking for feedback.
