Evonne Dolphin, Certified Executive Coach

A Certified Executive Coach of the Executive Coaching Graduate Certificate Program at Royal Roads University and credentialized by the International Coach Federation, Evonne is passionate and committed to achieving coaching excellence with each client. Her coaching philosophy is one of partnership and includes mutual learning, appreciative inquiry, inspiration, empowerment and continually higher levels of performance.    

Evonne brings extensive business experience to her coaching which includes IS/IT, sales and marketing, strategic and business planning, finance and operations, project management, enterprise architecture and change management. The majority of her 20 years in business have been spent in telecommunications and technology organizations.

High performance organizations are lead by authentic leaders. People who have the highest integrity, a deep sense of purpose and are true to their core values. Examining limiting beliefs and behaviors allows you to become such a leader. Coaching is a collaborative, trust-based relationship capable of identifying and unlocking your path toward this kind of leadership.

Evonne will support you in "Being" the leader you need to be in order to address the difficult and ongoing challenges you face.
